Full disclosure, Dear Readers: this week has been a LOT. In addition to *gestures vaguely at the world*, several medical issues have reared their ugly heads among family and friends and I’m preoccupied with worries. Add that to the annual funk that comes at the end of a school year, and Your Girl is having a mental health struggle.

Never fear! I’m caring for myself (with enormous amounts of help from Dan) and expect to bounce back soon. I’ve decided the nicest thing I can do for ME is to let myself off the hook for a piece this week.

However… I do want to tease you a little bit. You see, there is a independent movie filming up on the Iron Range this month, and I have a small part in it. I had my first day filming today, and I can’t wait to share my experiences with you. You’ll have to wait a week, but I am including a photo of my fantastic movie-star hairdo. Ha!
